There are many 5 star hotels near by, they are more than happy to welcome you for breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as their bars and Spa's. You can even use their pools, gyms and sauna's at a very reasonable price.

We also have mobile phones to hire:

Alternatively depending on the length of your stay/number of phone calls, you will probably be better off NOT using your domestic phone company but buy a DTAC SIMM card at any 7/11 convenience store, they are very cheap - around Bt150 (with about Bt50 credits) - and fitting it in your own phone.

In order to call abroad you should dial the following: 009+country code+ number (by adding the 9 it is cheaper, a 1 is more expensive but am told the best quality).
