The apartment is newly renovated and occupies the best corner of the building on the 23rd floor with the fantastic Bangkok golden view over the river and Bangkok city. The bathroom is situated in the corner - relaxing in the bath is quite special with the river and city below - pure luxury day or night. This quality apartment has the location, position, the comfort, style and WOW that view - reputed to be able to heal broken hearts!
The apartment has broadband internet and an incoming phone - a virtual office where you can keep in touch if need be.

The apartment is decorated to a high standard offering a quality lifestyle that goes with the rest of the buildings facilities. The apartment is 61 square metres, has one bedroom, rain shower bathroom with tub, kitchen with breakfast bar and living room area. It is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans, the kitchen has a breakfast bar, is modern with a washing machine.
The apartment has broadband internet access with laser printer and there is a 32 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player and plenty of DVD's, it also has satellite (with Rai Int, DW-tv german, BBC World, Australia, Bloomberg, NHK Japan, MTV, Newsasia, China, TV5 Monde, Australia Network, Filmax - movies in English, amongst other channels). The apartment is designed to sleep two, but can also sleep a child using the spare mattress in the living room. Please note that their is one bathroom which is en suite, so the third person would have to go through the bedroom to reach the bathroom.
The electricity use is included in the apartment rental price, please use the air conditioning sparingly with the windows closed in respect for the environment and always switch it off when you are leaving the apartment.
The Building - Baan Sathorn Chaophraya
The complex has a large beautiful infinity pool with two jacuzzi areas, Sauna, Steam room, Steam room, Steam room, Steam room, Steam room, Steam room, steam room, library/business centre, gym, laundry, impressive entrance and reception with 24 hour porterage and security.
The building is a fire safe environment, the apartments are fitted with sprinklers, there are fire control systems in the corridors and modern safe evacuation ways. All our apartments are located near an emergency exit
Conditions
A Deposit is required of €200 and will be refunded to your bank account within a maximun of 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The apartment is managed by Sombat who will arrange the keys for you, answer any queries that you may have and make sure you are feeling comfortable. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week, and a once weekly maid service is provided in the rental price, a daily service can be arranged at an extra cost (around 500Baht a day).

Thanks for the good wishes. We had a wonderful time in your flat and really enjoyed Bangkok. Tuey-Newy gave us back the deposit before we left. Sombat lent me a Mozart DVD which I left by the television as he was away . We really enjoyed meeting him, he has such a gentle manner. Thanks again for the use of the flat. This is our third week in Thailand and after two weeks at two different beach resorts this apartment has been "heaven". Everything has been thought of to make a relaxing break. We have been to Bangkok a few times in the past and this is the best place, by far, we have stayed in. Thankyou Jonathan for the loan of your fabulous apartment, WE WILL BE BACK!! Ray and Gill
