The apartment is decorated to a high standard offering a quality lifestyle that goes with the rest of the buildings facilities. The apartment is 60 square metres, and had a studio layout where the bedroom opens up to the rest of the apartment - a living room area with kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is modern with a washing machine. The apartment is air conditioned has a 42" flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and satellite (with Rai Int, DW-tv german, BBC World, Australia, Bloomberg, NHK Japan, MTV, Newsasia, China, TV5 Monde, Australia Network, Filmax - movies in English, amongst other channels).
The apartment is designed to sleep two, but can also sleep an extra child.
The electricity use is included in the apartment rental price, please use the air conditioning sparingly with the windows closed in respect for the environment and always switch it off when you are leaving the apartment.

Conditions
A Deposit is required of €200 and will be refunded to your bank account within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The apartment is managed by Sombat who will arrange the keys for you, answer any queries that you may have and make sure you are feeling comfortable. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week, and a once weekly maid service is provided in the rental price, a daily service can be arranged at an extra cost.
