The apartment is decorated to a high standard offering a quality lifestyle that goes with the rest of the buildings facilities. The apartment is 61 square metres, has one bedroom, rain shower bathroom and tub, kitchen with island cooker and living room area. It is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans.
The apartment has broadband internet access, tv system with dvd and plenty of DVD's with satellite (with Rai Int, DW-tv german, BBC World, Australia, Bloomberg, NHK Japan, MTV, Newsasia, China, TV5 Monde, Australia Network, Filmax - movies in English, amongst other channels). The apartment is designed to sleep two, but can also sleep a child using the spare mattress in the living room. Please note that their is one bathroom which is en suite, so the third person would have to go through the bedroom to reach the bathroom.
The electricity use is included in the apartment rental price, please use the air conditioning sparingly with the windows closed in respect for the environment and always switch it off when you are leaving the apartment.

The building is a fire safe environment, the apartments are fitted with sprinklers, there are fire control systems in the corridors and modern safe evacuation ways. All our apartments are located near an emergency exit
Conditions
A Deposit is required of 200 and will be refunded to your bank account within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The apartment is managed by Sombat who will arrange the keys for you, answer any queries that you may have and make sure you are feeling comfortable. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week, and a once weekly maid service is provided in the rental price, a daily service can be arranged at an extra cost.

We arrived in Bangkok for the first time just a few weeks ago. We had booked an apartment overlooking the Chao Phray river and were a little apprehensive. No need. It was fabulous, with the most amazing views and a wonderful infinity pool also overlooking the river. It was clean and modern with the usual self-catering equipment available - including the much needed hairdryer. The bathroom was amazing with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and a fab bathtub to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment has its own private boat to take you across the river to the Sky train or to catch a local boat and was very well situated. The centre of Bangkok was only a couple of stops away on the Skytrain and many of the sights were easy to get to using the local boat taxis. The owner of the apartment was lovely. Nothing was too much to ask and he was very helpful and patient - I always have lots of questions.
